Monica Munaretto

Monica Munaretto has had a life long interest and love of all things outdoors. She attended University of Illinois majoring in Outdoor Education. She has developed a deep sense of the interconnections of life on earth. She finds beauty and mystery in the living and non-living drama and interplay that goes on all around us. It has lead her to try to create art and take a variety of art classes including Heeyoung Kim’s. She not only is a great art teacher, she has a passion for the natural world that drives her continual learning and sharing with her students. She is a member of the Nature Artists’ Guild of the Morton Arboretum.
